PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Human Resource Management: Oversee the hiring and firing processes, employee files and the implementation of employee handbook.
2. Purchasing: Responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services for the organization in collaboration with the Country Director and Financial Manager.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven success, and at least three years’ experience, in human resources management in international not-for-profits.
At least five years’ experience working in highly professional, dynamic, and highly responsive, diverse environments.
Qualifications requises:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field. Degree in human resources or management preferred.
Fluent in English and Haitian Creole or French
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work in a very fast-paced, highly-responsive environment, and on multiple projects with multiple constituents.
Self-driven, solution oriented, proactive, and highly committed to going ‘above and beyond’ in order to achieve successful, demonstrated, outcomes.

Our mission is achieved by creating infrastructure and capacity- building programs that are implemented and operated long-term by empowered citizens.
Since 1994, Project Medishare for Haiti has operated a community health program in Thomonde, located in the Central Plateau department. It is seeking a financial consultant to improve finance procedures, processes and oversight based between its Port-au-Prince office and the Central Plateau.
