Description du poste:
Develop and implement BRANA recruitment efforts in order to put the right person in the right place. This role will support both Supply Chain & Commerce divisions, making BRANA’s recruitment strategy more efficient.
o Serve as a partner to HR and to functional managers
o Create, implement and update the recruitment process
o Create a clear plan of the annual recruitment requests
o Develop clear job descriptions with the support of the hiring manager
o Source candidates locally and internationally
o Develop testing to evaluate candidates effectively
o Lead job fairs locally and internationally
o Coordinate efforts with job boards and agencies
o Support the HR Director in organizational structure
o Coordinate the interviews with Stakeholders
o Ensure implementation of the on-boarding and off-boarding process
o University graduate with a Bachelor degree in labor relations, human ressources, business administration or related field
o 2-5 years of experience in a recruitment agency setting
o 2-5 years in recruiting within a corporate setting
o Fluent in English, as well as in French & Creole
COMPETENCIES Required Preferable
o Strong Knowledge of Microsfot Office
o Leadership skills, teamwork, strong analytical skills, good communication, enthusiastic, reliable and consistent, problem-solving, independent, good judgment, accepts responsibilities,
o Willing to work in an industrial environment
o Ability to colloborate effectively in cross-functional teams
o Ability To Work Under Pressure And In A Cross-Cultural Environment;
