SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Channel Manager Off-Trade is responsible for the creation of channel strategies including the execution of the strategy at the outlet level with POSM (Point of Sales Material). Ensures and supports the execution of the channel strategy by sales. Develops and maintains relationship with key outlets and internal sales team members to ensure collective success.
Specific Tasks
Needs to have a strong understanding what drives both customer and consumer
Makes sure that every product is well presented in every POS (Point of Sales)
Execution and visibility of Brands at Bazar Boutiques and Supermarkets
Sets up and evaluates promotions and Brand Activations
Supports realization of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including execution, POSM and loyalty program.
Qualifications requises:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
University diploma with a degree in business administration or marketing
3-5 years relevant work experience
Sales and marketing background
Competencies
Fluency in English
Leadership Skills
Team Player
Stakeholder Management (Sales Team and Customers)
Driver’s license
