Maintenance Engineer at BRANA S.A.
Description du poste:
The Maintenance engineer monitors asset performance, delivers quality Maintenance Plans, ensures analysis of BDAs, manages Master Data and is responsible for reliability and availability of production equipment.
o Manages Safe Interventions compliance
o Delivers, and continuously updates Maintenance Plans, and monitors execution
o Translates legal and quality requirements into Maintenance Plans (such as calibration)
o Defines and prepares overhauls by defining work scope
o Supports in contract management (SLAs) for key equipment
o Understands equipment condition, obsolescence and defines a restoration plan
o Supports BDAs to identify root causes and reduce losses from Breakdowns
o Maintains master data for Assets and Spare Parts (including technical clarifications with Suppliers)
o Manages Asset information, such as drawings, manuals, warranties, etc.
o Manages modifications involving suppliers and/or HEINEKEN best practices
o Supports in reporting, analyzing and monitoring of Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
o Degree in engineering; mechanical or industrial engineering preferred (Master degree preferred)
o 5+ years of experience in supply chain in a production environment
o Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
o Ability To Work Under Pressure And In A Cross-Cultural Environment;
o Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
o Good analytical and coordinating abilities
o Must possess good leadership qualities
o Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
o Ability to work as part of a team
o Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines
o Any other relevant certification will be a plus.
o Fluent in English and French
o Fluent in Creole
