* ADHERES TO STANDING PROCEDURES IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS.
Qualifications requises:
* SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA
* STRONG ENGLISH SKILLS BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
* EXCELLENT LISTENING SKILLS.
* NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY BUT FORMAL ORIENTATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
* ABILITY TO WORK DIFFERENT SHIFTS. * COMPUTER LITERATE.
* ABILITY TO CONVEY INFORMATION AND TO EXPRESS ONESELF ORALY AND IN WRITTEN FORM.
