We are looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, which is optimistic in joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is able to generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates and embeds a clear vision & strategy for sustainable, profitable growth of the category that drives Brand and Customer strategies.
Optimizes Brand profitability and activity; ROI in a sustainable way.
Consistently develops and drives Consumer-Inspired category, Brand strategies and plans, in order to win with the consumer and create competitive advantage.
Creates and embeds a clear Consumer-Inspired strategy for sustainable and profitable growth of the Brand, which provides a clear, consistent and effective direction to annual Brand plans.
Turns Brand Strategy into winning yearly plans that effectively coordinate all Brand activities to build Brand equity and deliver sustainable volume and profit.
Understands the company’s route to market, channel and customer strategies and their implications in order to incorporate them into Brand strategies and plans.
Develops an effective through-the-line Brand content which can travel across touchpoints. Is able to connect branded content effectively to the most relevant consumer touchpoints.
Identifies strategically relevant business opportunities and harness consumer, shopper and customer insights to create and implement value creating Brand, product, packaging and beer systems innovations.
Supports creation of visual identity of new brands and leads design work.
Ensures and owns excellent understanding of the full marketing mix to support decision making and brand plan activities.
Executes strategies with cross-functional teams.
Is well aware and familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Manages external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, production companies and media.
Any other project task or duty related to scope of work and/or required by the supervisor.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED EXPERIENCES, COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURS
BS/MS Degree in Marketing or a related field
8 years of working experience of which at least 4 years of solid track record working in consumers goods marketing, brand building, in positions with medium to high
levels of responsibility.
Language : Fluent French, Creole and English (Spanish is a +)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, cyber-media and web, etc…)
Demonstrated competencies in collaboration, influence, customer focus, critical thinking and achieving results in alignment with business goals
Analytical Skills/Trade data Management.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good understanding of local Market and consumers.
Ability to think out of the box and be creative.
