POSITION SUMMARY
The TPM Coordinator in Logistics assists the TPM Manager in the journey of influencing behaviour of the SC population in the shop floor.
The incumbent works in close cooperation with Logistics Manager, TPM Coordinator Production and the department managers under the direction of SC TPM Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Ensures the use of standard TPM methodology at all times to ensure consistency and sustainability;
o Leads the implementation of activities aiming at influencing behaviour of operators, controllers and supervisors in Logistics;
o Identifies problem areas, bottlenecks and ensure these are brought to the attention of the relevant responsible parties;
o Implements BBS in Logistics;
o Organizes training on using TPM and UPS Methodology tools (5WHY, Kaizen etc) for problem solving;
o Monitors and reports the progress of improvement teams to ensure compliance with time-lines;
o Provides assistance to operators and supervisors in managing day-to-day operations by sharing experience and knowledge on the shop floor and by creating OPLs/SOPs.
o Trains operators, supervisors on how to use OPLs/SOPs and Daily Controls Systems boards (DCS);
o Makes daily tours on the logistics/warehouse/loading areas, and coaches operators and supervisors by asking 'Why” questions challenging the way people do their tasks;
o Collects behavioural-related information from shop floor discussions and shares with management for decision making;
o Supports Logistics manager on the process of change management and plays a key roles in supporting TPM related activities;
o Creates and sustains 5S plans in different areas of Logistics, according to master plan.
o Participates in daily morning meetings to share best practices and share minutes with management.
o Plays the role of liaison in cooperation with Team Leaders/Supervisors to communicate Supply Chain objectives and priorities on the shop floor;
o Put certain structure in the team to assist FIFO and ensure Quality in processes.
o Controls incoming/outgoing visitors in Logistics to ensure that proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs) are worn and safety regulations are read/understood/signed at all times;
o Liaises with SC Administrative Assistant to ensure minimum stock of PPEs are available for visitors;
o Performs any other task which might be required by the first line manager and Logistics Manager;
Qualifications requises:
o Degree in industrial, electrical, chemical, mechanical engineering or any engineering-related fields, or business administration/management;
o Knowledge of the overall brewery and the logistics operations;
o Previous experience in industry can be an asset.

o Strong Knowledge Of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
o Ability to be trained and to train others;
o Self-starter and quick learner.
o Ability To Work Under Pressure And In A Cross-Cultural Environment;
