Junior HR Business Partner at BRANA S.A.

Description du poste:

The Junior HR (Human Resources) Business Partner assists the HR Business Partner in Supply Chain. He/she supports the Supply Chain stakeholders with strategic decisions relative to people management.

o Support the HR Business Partner in implementing strategic decisions for Supply Chain Stakeholders
o Assist in the recruitment process from job posting, assessment, interviews, to onboarding
o Support in the assessment of new candidates and existing employees
o Participate in change management projects
o Work in collaboration with the Union
o Participate in case investigations, and disciplinary actions
o Meet with Supply Chain employees to provide solutions to their challenges
o Participate in the rollout of new HR initiatives

Qualifications requises:

o University graduate with a Bachelor degree in human resources, Industrial & Labor relations, business administration, psychology or related field

o Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in Human Resources
o Fluent in French and in English
o Ability To Work Under Pressure And In A Cross-Cultural Environment;

o Advance knowledge in MS Office, Drawing Software (CAD), MS Project.
o Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills
o Good analytical and coordinating abilities
o Must possess good leadership qualities
o Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
o Ability to work as part of a team
o Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines
o Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive materials
