SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Customer Service Advisor is responsible to handle all complaints and follow up with the appropriate department to resolve all clients’ problems quickly and effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Receive via email or telephone all complaints from our customers, consumers and partners
Register all complaints in the system
Liaising with internal departments to ensure clients’ complaints are fulfilled effectively and quickly.
Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish.
Ensure that ticket is closed after 72 hours’ maximum
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and high satisfaction levels
Eye rep administration
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related sciences.
At least one (1) year experience in customer service
Handwritten Letter of expression of interest (1 page) (mandatory)
