New Product Introduction Process Manager at BRANA, S.A.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
BRANA strives to be innovative and is always looking for new opportunities in the beverage market to ensure we deliver on all consumer needs. In order to be able do this, we have developed a NPI (New Product Introduction) process. Now we are looking for a NPI Process Manager. The NPI Process Manager is responsible for managing the NPI process, ensuring timely and qualitative delivery of the NPI projects, including process documentation. She/he oversees the overall NPI calendar, supports the operational effectiveness of the project teams and ensures the project leader has the knowledge and tools to execute the project in a timely matter. Manages and regularly updates internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collective success.

Specifics Tasks
 Initiates the process for new innovations (prepares calendar)
 Follows up on every steps of the innovation (from beginning to end)
 Supports other departments to ensure a great launch of the new product (Cross Functional)
 Brings the project to life - from idea to market launch

Qualifications requises:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Work Experiences
 University diploma with a degree in business administration or marketing
 3-5 years relevant work experience
 Process management and or marketing background

 Fluency in English
 Leadership Skills
 Project Management
 Team Player
