Description du poste:

The Recruiters' responsibilities include posting jobs advertisements, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. They will assister other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, they will help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our vacancies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications requises:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (REQUIRED)

1) Bachelor Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field
2) 2 years or more of work experience in a similar field

COMPETENCIES: (REQUIRED)

1) French
2) English
3) Microsoft Office

Attitudes & Behaviors: (REQUIRED)

1) Leadership, Team Work, Communication, Planning and Execution, Entrepreneurship
2) Excellent listening skills
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Great time management, prioritization and organizational skill
