Description du poste:

• Design and develop new eLearning courses;
• Provide expertise on eLearning methodology including general pedagogical and technological aspects;
• Contribute to the instructional design and storyboarding for the eLearning Courses;
• Develop and implement the eLearning Course structure;
• Liaise and collaborate with the Networking team for the setting up of help desk services and virtual classrooms with interactive features such as chat/discussion room, and provide for communication, alternative channels among participants and between participants and facilitators;
• Build and enhance features for testing the learning level of the participants during and after course as well as for measuring the performance of the participants;
• Set up structures to transmit the eLearning course to internet/intranet websites based on platforms such as MOODLE.
• Train other team members to ensure in-house capabilities for storyboarding/reviewing/updating eLearning curriculums;
• Demonstrated ability in the analysis, design, development and implementation of eLearning solutions, including both the technological aspects of setting up an eLearning platform and pedagogical aspects of eLearning instructional design;
• Managing all aspects of production for e-products (e-books, e-textbooks, apps, online tools) and emerging electronic products such as enhanced/interactive e-books.
• Coordinating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and promote processes and standards that support production of efficient, cost-effective, high quality e-products from content creation/conversion through delivery to customer channels
• Providing regular reporting; developing, documenting, and managing implementation of e-products best practices
• Supporting stakeholders with training, communication, and e-products leadership and direction
• Supporting ongoing Acquisitions efforts for development ideas, content areas, partnerships, and new platforms;
• Understanding company objectives for e-products; ensuring content and design are accessible to targeted customers
• Providing regular reporting; developing, documenting, and managing implementation of e-products best practices
• Supporting stakeholders with training, communication, and e-products leadership and direction
• Completing other related tasks and assignments as are necessary for the successful execution of the position

Qualifications requises:

• Bachelors degree. Masters degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity within an IT organization
• two or more years professional experience designing and modifying relational databases (such as MySQL)
• two or more years professional programming experience (such as PHP, Perl, and / or a higher level object oriented programming language such as Java or C++)
• two or more years experience working within the UNIX operating system at the command line level (Linux preferred);
• evidence supporting documentation writing skills for developed applications.
• High proficiency in Flash - InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects
• Strong familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or PPM
• Demonstrated experience in personnel management
• Experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
