Organisational Development Manager at World Vision
Description du poste:
To work on the organizational development initiatives, redesigns, reviews, Oversee the change management processes within the organization, provide Leadership to staff training, staff development, performance management and employee engagement.
• Provide leadership in organizational re-designs, re-structures, and reviews
• Oversee the planning, development, implementation and evaluation/ learning of the various projects that are cross cutting for the organization.
• Develop internal communications and feedback mechanisms for organizational learning
• Champion organizational cultural change and individual behavior to knowledge sharing and learning
• Oversee the building of a culture of accountability and performance based, where staff are proud to work for WV and are highly engaged in the work that they do, can describe what they are responsible for and how their role fits into the organization
• Implement an effective program of leadership development and succession planning for key position in the NO.
• Monthly, quaterly report
Qualifications requises:
• BS in Management or related Sciences
• Computer literate
• Be innovative, easiness in oral expression
• Good analytical skills
• Good leadership
• Training in administration/Management with specialization in organizational development
• Experience at least four (4) years in Strategic Planning and Human Resources
• Experience in facilitating processes and staff development
• Certificate in law
